Engagements

2020 engagement sessions happened in between one level of government shut down to another! And these couples continued to meet me in some of my favorite locations around Virginia. Courtney and Andrew’s Airlie engagement session captured all the cherry blossom goodness right before they disappeared from the branches after a long rain.

Wint and Kaye met me at the Great Marsh Estate for their engagement session. We had wonderful weather too!

Samantha and David’s DC engagement was so lovely and at such a perfect time! Due to the government restrictions and shut downs, there was hardly anyone there so it felt like we had the monuments to ourselves.

Jenn and Matt’s engagement session at the Goodstone Inn saw a lovely golden hour and they were able to enjoy an incredible dinner there afterwards.

Margaret and John’s Great Marsh Estate engagement session was so lovely and also less than a month before their wedding date!

Sarah and Jacob’s engagement session was at Trinity Episcopal Church in Loudon county. I’d never been there before but it was so lovely at golden hour!

Some of these lovely couples tied the knot in 2020 and some have yet to this year. Congratulations to all of you!
