Olivia and Tyler planned their Morais Vineyards wedding day during the government imposed shut downs. What a time to plan your Big Day! But these two had plenty to keep them busy including finishing their schooling. The now Dr. and Dr. Chavitz had planned for a May 1 Morais Vineyards wedding and by the time the date arrived, they were able to have a guest list they were content with despite some not being able to come.

Their Morais Vineyards wedding day was filled with perfect golden sunshine, which paired perfectly with their golden yellow sunflowers. Gretchen Wade with Dragonfly Events utilized some hearty and lovely florals to create a golden sunshine backdrop of blooms for the day! And Tyler and Olivia’s rose gold wedding bands and engagement ring added more promising shine to a gorgeous day.

Olivia and her lovely ladies prepared for the day at the Morais Vineyards bridal suite, atop the hill adjacent to the Portuguese inspired reception hall. It was here that Olivia’s mom also helped her button her timelessly stunning wedding gown.

Morais Wedding

Olivia was a gorgeous bride! We photographed some bridal portraits inside the suite before heading out to the courtyard for more.

Morais Wedding

In the courtyard of the bridal suite, Olivia posed for some bridal portraits.

Morais Wedding

She also donned her lovely bouquet!

Morais Wedding

After posing by the gate, we just avoided the view of some of the men passing by.

Morais Wedding

Olivia then prepared for a first look with her father.

Morais Wedding

After seeing her father for the first time that day, she then presented her mother and soon to be mother-in-law with gifts.

Morais Wedding

While Olivia was preparing for the Big Day, Tyler was with his men in the Rotunda area at Morais Vineyards.

Morais Wedding

Tyler’s dad helped him with his final touches before posing for some groom portraits.

Morais Wedding

Tyler posed with his groomsmen, father and soon to be father-in-law as well.

Morais Wedding

And then it was time for his first look with Olivia!

Morais Wedding

We made our way over to the front facade of the reception hall and Tyler prepared to see his bride to be! Olivia snuck up behind him and as he turned around, Tyler saw his gorgeous soon to be wife!

Morais Wedding

They embraced and shared a kiss…

Morais Wedding

We then began our couples’ portrait time together in front of the Morais Vineyards reception hall in the warm midday sun. It was a day of perfect weather!

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler graced the grounds of Morais hand in hand.

Morais Wedding

We made our way back toward the bridal suite area and courtyard.

Morais Wedding

While the sun was lovely, a little shade was in order as well.

Morais Wedding

The walk around the courtyard and bridal suite was a lovely stroll and these two took it in stride!

Morais Wedding

Olivia’s color palette was inspiring and perfectly bright, warm and welcoming. And everything was just coming into bloom around us. In fact, more than one of us needed a little claritin!

Morais Wedding

In fact, Tyler paused to have a quick snack with his groomsmen while Olivia and her ladies went with me for their portraits together. But just before doing so, he escorted Olivia down the sprawling steps of the bridal suite!

Morais Wedding

Olivia’s bridesmaids wore blue-green teal dresses that were not too far off from the color of the greenhouse.

Morais Wedding

These ladies were lovely AND gracious!

Morais Wedding

They were also some of Olivia’s biggest cheerleaders for the day, helping her look and feel lovely and ready to walk down the aisle!

Morais Wedding

Olivia posed for images with her individual bridesmaids as well as a few more portraits near this stunning art nouveau masterpiece of a structure!

Morais Wedding

After time with her ladies, Olivia and Tyler came back together for more portraits.

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler also returned to the same location as the ladies.

Morais Wedding

And soon it was time to meet up with all their closest family members for some group portraits.

Morais Wedding

After all of their group family formals, Olivia and Tyler returned to the bridal suite for their Kubota signing ceremony.

It was then time to walk down the aisle to the pergula!

Morais Wedding

Olivia’s father walked her to up to meet Tyler and he was eager to greet her and begin the ceremony.

The ceremony was filled with elements of their faiths as well as their personal stories and love for one another.

Morais Wedding

After the vows were promised and the rings exchanged, Tyler broke the class to a hearty “Mazel Tov!”

The two walked back down the aisle, hand-in-hand as husband and wife!

They then shared some h’or devours and portraits with their full bridal party!

As cocktail hour began, we photographed the bridal party celebrating together.

We also let the veil fly as they kissed and walked off together to begin the cocktail hour celebration.

Morais Wedding

The reception hall at Morais Vineyards was ready to receive them and their guests, thanks to the work of Dragonfly Events and The Purple Onion Catering Company.

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler’s vision of yellow and teal with gold accents was realized in the lovely decor.

Morais Wedding

Everything was bright and beautiful!

Morais Wedding

Sunflowers, greenery, and photos of Olivia and Tyler graced the tables.

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler strolled around the reception hall to take it in, minutes before their guests would enter.

Morais Wedding

They also shared their first dance, privately on the dance floor!

Morais Wedding

After their bridal party’s grand entrance, Olivia and Tyler entered and waltzed right into their first dance as husband and wife.

Morais Wedding

As the sun lowered and cast a shadow on the floor, these two soaked up the rest of the sun on the dance floor wiht a romantic dance for two.

We then went outside just before the sun set for a few evening portraits in front of the palacio facade.

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler spent a few minutes together before re-entering the reception hand in hand again.

Morais Wedding

After dinner, the evening continued with toasts and heart-felt sentiments from their closest friends as well as the cutting of the cake!

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler also participated in the shoe dance and we all found out that Tyler may want to welcome children into their home a bit earlier than Olivia may have anticipated!!!

Morais Wedding

I love her reactions! And her dance with her father…

Morais Wedding

Tyler also escorted his mother to the dance floor…something that never ceases too tear me up!

Morais Wedding

They celebrated the evening by honoring the longest married couple and a bouquet toss that began with the first bouquet getting tossed right into a chandelier!

Morais Wedding

As the evening continued with celebrating, dancing and group hugs, their guests enjoyed the entire evening and partied until it was time for the last dance.

Morais Wedding

Olivia and Tyler shared a final dance together before heading out.
