Bridal sessions are becoming popular once again as brides are choosing to have this private time carved out of their engagement season. A bridal portrait session allows a beautiful bride the opportunity to prepare for her Big Day with a private session devoted to her. Bridal portraits do not always happen at golden hour on the wedding day, in fact they usually occur much earlier in the day’s timeline. So a bridal portrait session months prior to the big day provides those gorgeous images in the prettiest light of the day. Great Marsh Estate is a lovely venue, just perfect for a bridal portrait session.
Several wedding professionals worked together to create this styled bridal portrait session to give brides an idea of what your session can look like. Continue on to see who these wonderful providers are. Read on to also see more of the benefits of scheduling a bridal portrait session!
While the lovely bride prepares for her session, I love to photograph some of the details…heirloom items of value to the bride, the engagement ring, shoes, etc.
We can also have free reign of the venue to photograph in areas private and unpopulated.
I also recommend pairing the bridal portrait session with the trial hair and make up session booked with a bride’ hair and make up professional.
And of course, I highly recommend speaking to your florist about designing a special bouquet for the bridal portrait session.
I also photograph bridal sessions in both film and digital format…even for brides who have booked a fully digital wedding package!
Bridal Portraits also make the perfect wedding day surprise for your groom! And I promise not to share them with anyone until after the Big Day!
