With a gorgeous outdoor ceremony location tucked in the gardens, your "I Do's" take place between the boxwoods and the manor. As you walk the grounds, I’ll capture photos that will grace your home for decades to come. The lighting in the bridal suite is bright and beautiful! It is the perfect place to prepare for your Big Day and enjoy time with your ladies. The staircase right outside is illuminated with natural light streaming in through the big bay window. And there is all the space you need for your hair and make up artist to prepare you and your ladies to walk down the aisle!

Where do you recommend taking our family portraits?

My favorite location for family portraits are at the back of the manor facing the ceremony space. However, I'm open for other locations so long as the lighting scenario is complimentary. View a wedding with multiple family portrait locations HERE.

What time should we schedule our ceremony to begin?

I work very closely with you and your wedding planner to ensure that you start your ceremony with enough time for the images prior as well as time for golden hour portraits and a steady reception start time. What if it rains on my wedding day?

No one wants rain on their wedding day! But if it does rain, your day will still be perfect and your images will be stunning if you have a rain plan with your planner. Your day will still be as lovely as ever. View a rainy day wedding HERE.

Should a bride consider bridal portraits at Rust Manor?

A thousand times YES! A bridal portrait session provides the opportunity for a bride to prepare for her Big Day with a private session devoted just to her. Bridal portraits do not always happen at golden hour on the wedding day, so a session months prior to the big day provides those gorgeous images in the prettiest light of the day.
