Wint and Kaye have weathered the COVID wedding season storm with an enormous amount of grace and fortitude. They had to pay close attention to mandates and forced shut downs and scale back their guest list. In the end, they were determine to tie the knot on their original wedding date. What was going to be a very large guest count turned into a more intimate and very joyful affair! Their Morais Vienyards wedding was a wonderful day filled with family and friends, unforgettable moments and oh so much love!
Wint and Kaye chose a timeless blush and white palette for their wedding day and wouldn’t you just love to receive this invitation suite in the mail? Pair this Fabled Papery invitation suite with some Badgley Mischkas and a monogrammed Mrs. Box and you have some pretty memorable details.
Wint was no less lovelier than a princess as she donned her Martina Liana wedding gown and her wedding day Badgleys. Her hair and make up were absolutely flawless thanks to Make Up by Dina.
Wint’s bridesmaids helped her prepare for the ceremony and were some of the best cheerleaders I have seen! They were so encouraging and excited and were clearly a group that enjoyed serving Wint on her Big Day!
Wint’s bridal portraits in the courtyard were stunning! She was such a happy and beautiful bride.
We also photographed immediate family and Wint enjoyed some sister time as well.
Soon it was time to head to the Morais vineyard for Wint’s first look with Kaye!
Wint didn’t just tiptoe up to Kaye…she RAN to him!
I just LOVED Wint’s idea for their first look. It was whimsical and lovely and full of fun! And not without some serious emotion as well…
Kaye was obviously so happy to see his soon-to-be bride. They embraced, danced around and smooched!
Kaye also posed for a few groom portraits!
We then took advantage of the vineyard are for some romantic couples’ portraits.
As we strolled around the vineyard, it was easy to capture these two in love and ready to get married!
The bridesmaids also posed with Wint for some fun portraits together.
Wint and Kaye also took a few minutes in front of the Morais Vineyard reception hall and as we worked around the catering set up, they enjoyed some time together before it looked like a little rainy mist might roll in.
After a few portraits here, we headed back to the bridal suite area where we photographed more immediate family and the bridal party.
I can’t say enough about this wonderful wedding party!
Soon it was time for the ceremony. The weather was perfect and the pergola was the perfect backdrop!
I loved how Wint and Kaye’s family and friends cheered for them as they made their way down the aisle!
And everyone in attendance was vocal about their support of these two!
They sealed it with a kiss! After the ceremony we celebrated with some cellar and vineyard portraits as cocktail hour began.
Wint and Kaye also enjoyed a dance and a peek at their reception space prior to the guests entering.
And the space was beautifully decorated thanks to Dragonfly Events!
And that dessert table! Signature Sweets by Amanda created quite a spread!
Wint and Kaye made their grand entrance and enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife!
The entire evening was a fantastic celebration! And that cake!!!
And of course, my favorite…the parent dances…
The celebration went clear into the evening with toasts, a shoe dance and more.
They also enjoyed a send off with a classic car AND a limo!!!
