I knew we were a perfect fit when I first met with Courtney and Andrew. We met together at Ava Laurenne, the bridal boutique where Courtney bought her wedding gown. I loved everything about these two! As this year’s events unfolded, I had hoped they would be able to keep their October date and sure enough, they did. While some guests and family members were unable to attend, Courtney and Andrew could still host a wonderful Morais Vineyards Wedding Day with their immediate family, some extended and many friends.
The day began with Courtney preparing with her ladies in the Morais bridal suite.
Yisell Santos worked her magic and brought out the beauty in all these lovely ladies!
Courtney’s donned her gorgeous Ava Laurenne gown.
Her mother presented her with a special gift before we stepped outside for bridal portraits.
Courtney was stunning!!!! The weather was simply perfect and Courtney looked incredible.
She also shared a first look with her father…an emotional first look!
We took the time for more bridal portraits on our way to meet her bridesmaids.
Courtney then had some time with her bridesmaids, who were the sweetest bunch of ladies! They were just the kind of cheerleaders you’d want on your Big Day!
We made our way down to the vines for more portraits of the women together.
What a gorgeous group of women! Meanwhile, the men prepared for the day as well. Andrew donned his suit and was excited to meet his bride.
He also had some time with his guys before his first look with Courtney.
Courtney waited in the vines for Andrew…
And then it was time…
They were so happy to see one another! And they twirled and kissed and laughed through the vines! Not without onlookers…
It was then time for some romantic portraits around the vines and the atrium.
I loved the peaks of Fall popping through, accentuated in Courtney’s bouquet.
We then worked our way to the front facade of the Portuguese inspired Morais Vineyards.
What a romantic place for wedding day portraits!
It was then time for some family portraits and bridal party portraits!
This group was not only beautiful but FUN!
Soon it was time for the moment we’d been waiting for…the ceremony. The ceremony site was lovely and also hinting at those Fall tones.
The weather was pleasant and the florals bright and beautiful!
Once the flower girl and ring bearer had made their way down, Courtney’s dad walked her down the aisle and Andrew was joyfully waiting for her!
Courtney and Andrew had the SWEETEST vows! I can’t wait to see the video so I can hear them again!
Their family and friends were also not without some tears and laughter. Soon Courtney and Andrew said “I do.”
They sealed it with a kiss and proceeded back down the aisle onto some extended family portraits.
We then went to the cellar for portraits in the wine cellar at Morais Vineyards. Then we headed back out right at sunset and made our way over to the artium.
The sky turned pink and gold for only about five minutes. but wow was it at just the right time!
And just as the sunset we photographed a few images at the atrium itself.
Then it was time to head over to the reception hall.
Courtney and Andrew entered and moved right into their first dance as husband and wife!
Then Andrew’s mom and Courtney’s dad joined in as well.
The toasts celebrated friendship, love and just being together! They weren’t without a laughter and a few tears as well.
And a few precious photobombed moments by the ring bearer!
Courtney and Andrew enjoyed many treats throughout the night and enjoyed a cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss and more.
They also danced the night away, played in the photo booth and my favorite…instead of opting for a late night grand exit, they posed for some elegant backlit night photos in front of the venue.
It was an amazing day at Morais Vineyards and I am so thankful to have been able to serve you, Courtney and Andrew! I can’t wait to see you again! Congratulations!
