"With an expansive range of venues, including The Barn and Ruins, The Hall and The Boxwood Garden, The Inn at Willow Grove is the perfect place for weddings of every style and size, from chic to rustic and from 20 to 180 guests. The Inn only hosts one wedding a weekend, which guarantees you will be our top priority." - The Inn at Willow Grove

And you’ll always remember how beautiful your day truly was at The Inn at Willow Grove.
THE PERFECT VENUE
"Imagine your wedding day at the most lovely landscape dotted with willow trees, a rambling stream and a gorgeous golden hour with the sun setting over the Blue Ridge all while enjoying a five star luxury inn. Welcome to one of the most romantic Virginia wedding venues. Welcome to The Inn at Willow Grove." - Michelle Lieb of Lieb Photographic
In step with the historic heritage of the inn, no two rooms are the same. "Each of their 25 rooms and suites has been individually furnished and decorated to offer a completely unique experience. What they share are locally inspired design touches, antique flourishes and every luxury imaginable, plus a few that aren’t." - The Inn at Willow Grove

"An idyllic setting, The Boxwood Garden is the perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding ceremony of any style. Our century-old boxwood trees are shaded by holly, magnolia and oaks, which keep the garden cool, comfortable and exquisitely beautiful in every season. There is a hand-laid brick pathway lined with white blooming flowers leading to a custom-built pergola framing countryside views." - The Inn at Willow Grove

Complete with custom stonework, The Barn is a picture of rustic charm. Inside, the 3,100 sq. ft. space, you'll find soaring reclaimed wood ceilings, grand Palladian windows and a massive stone fireplace. French double doors leading out to a 400-square-foot veranda infuse the room with light and provide added outdoor space for cocktails and seating. The adjacent Ruins are the remains of the stone foundation of an antique bank barn building, now framing a beautiful 3,300 square-foot open-air space.

Absolutely! You can reserve the property for more than just the day of your wedding. So you can take advantage of all the rooms for your bridal party. The ladies can prepare for the day in their cottage and the men can prepare for the day in the groom's cottage.
My favorite locations for family portraits are right outside the boxwood gardens, behind the cottages and near the inn. However, I'm open for other locations so long as the lighting scenario is complimentary. View a wedding with multiple family portrait locations HERE.
I work very closely with you and your wedding planner to ensure that you start your ceremony with enough time for the images prior as well as time for golden hour portraits and a steady reception start time. Before you set a start time, let's chat about sunset for your time of year and your wedding day priorities. View a perfectly time wedding day HERE.
No one wants rain on their wedding day! But if it does rain, your day will still be perfect and your images will be stunning! I have photographed on rainy days and as long as you have a plan B in place prior to the day, your day will still be as lovely as ever.
A thousand times YES! A bridal portrait session provides the opportunity for a bride to prepare for her Big Day with a private session devoted just to her. Bridal portraits do not always happen at golden hour on the wedding day, so a session months prior to the big day provides those gorgeous images in the prettiest light of the day. And they make the BEST surprise wedding day present for the groom! Peruse some of my favorites HERE. And be sure to search the blog for "bridal portraits" to see many more.
Yes I do! I have a wonderful and exclusive list of preferred wedding professionals. Many of them are familiar with The Inn at Willow Grove.
