Now that Brittany and Mike have tied the knot at Great Marsh Estate, I can share these stunning bridal portraits! It’s no secret that I love bridal portrait sessions prior to the wedding day. This extra session allows a bride the opportunity to prepare for her wedding day with a private session devoted to her. Bridal portraits do not always happen at golden hour on the wedding day and usually occur much earlier in the day’s timeline.
A bridal portrait session weeks or months prior to the big day provides those gorgeous images in the prettiest light of the day. Brittany chose to take her bridal portraits at her wedding day venue, Great Marsh Estate.
The Details
Brittany also chose to have a hybrid film and digital session and we managed to complete the session prior to a storm that rolled in. But before photographing her in a gorgeous Pnina Tornai wedding gown from Kleinfeld Bridal New York, I photographed some of her bridal details.
Some of these details included her lovely Mrs. Box as well as her intricately beaded bridal pumps from Badgley Mischka.
Brittany is a stunning bride and that golden hour sunlight highlighted her blonde locks, styled perfectly by Yisell Santos.
Brittany also donned her lovely veil for a portion of the sessions and it flowed gracefully behind her.
While a coming storm loomed in the distance, you never would have known. Brittany was calm and maintained the poise of a dancer.
We used every bit of golden hour we had and then paused for some images on the grand staircase inside of the estate.
