I have so enjoyed the opportunity to serve Makayla, Nick and their families this year. First, I photographed Makayla and Nick’s engagement session. Then their wedding, sweetheart session and now Makayla’s side of the family. It is such a sweet joy for me to see this family again on their property but with no rain this time! I photographed their families in this multi Christmas family session in December but the grass was still green on the farm. All the rain this year definitely left us with some green grass in a normally brown ground time of year.
Makayla and Nick have been enjoying their first year of marriage and certainly jumped right into lots of time with their nieces and nephews. They helped get them ready and excited and also took time for photos together.
The kiddos were absolutely hilarious! Grandma had some props and even some fake snow to blow around which made everything even more fun!
And yes, we took some serious poses but also lots of laughs and giggles!
All three families had time in front of the camera and we made sure to have some of just the kiddos.
I also loved the fact that the last time I saw one of Makayla’s sisters, she was pregnant. This time I had the opportunity to meet this sweet baby boy!
These littles were so much fun! And then there were the yorkies…
I mean, are you kidding me? Look at those little faces?!
I absolutely love clients who hire me throughout the years. Thank you Gough family for the privilege of photographing your growing family! I can’t wait to see what’s in store!
